Morawa Town Hall

The Shire of Morawa Town hall was designed by prominent architectural firm Eales Cohen and Fitzhardinge. The Morawa Town Hall is a rare and representative example of Town, Shire, or District Hall that was built in 1939 in the Inter-War Functionalist style. It is a fully equipped facility with a kitchen and serving area which also connects the lesser hall area.  There is a functional stage area, Stage change rooms, and an undercroft storage area below the stage. The hall also has a complete sound system. For more information about the Morawa Town Hall its availability and hire costs, please contact the Shire Administration on 9971 1204.

Gutha Hall

Gutha Hall is located in Simpson Street, Gutha. It was constructed in 1938 and stands in a bush setting within the Gutha Town site. It is still an important local facility and is still an important community gathering facility. It would be great to grow the use of this beautiful old building through an increase in smaller community events.
