Planning For The Future
Strategic planning is the process of determining organisational goals and objectives, and the strategies required to achieve those goals and objectives over a specified period of time.
A strategic plan assists an organisation to set priorities in service provision as well as current and future resource allocation. It provides a yardstick against which efficiency and effectiveness can be measured.
