Library

The Morawa Public Library is located within the Council’s Corporate Services Centre. It has a basic stock of approximately 2000 items including books, audio and visual cassettes, CDs and DVDs, and functions as part of the LISWA. The Shire of Morawa conducts monthly exchanges, receiving approximately 75 new items each month.

Access to the library is free to residents of Morawa and to other persons possessing a current library ticket from their local public library.

Requests

Items of interest can be requested via LISWA and specially ordered in, the process normally takes approximately 3 weeks Please see the Shire of Morawa Customer Services Officer to place a request.

The Library is open during office hours of 8.30am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.
