The Annual Meeting of Electors for the year ended 30 June 2019 will be held in the Council Chambers, Morawa on Thursday, 13 February 2020 commencing at 5.00pm.

- Minutes of the previous meeting
- Receiving of the Annual Financial Statements
- Receiving of the Auditor’s Report
- President’s Report
- Chief Executive Officer’s Report
- General Business
- Closure
In order that relevant information may be readily available at the meeting, questions to be raised during public question time must be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by close of business Thursday, 6 February 2020.
