NOTICE GIVEN BY MORAWA & PERENJORI GENERAL PRACTITIONER, DR ADEBOLA ADEIYE

After seven (7) successful years serving as Morawa and Perenjori’ s General Practitioner, Dr Adebola Adeiye has given notice that he intends to cease operating his practice and transition back to Perth permanently to spend more time with his family. Dr Adeiye provided notice on the 21 November 2022 that his last full working day will be Tuesday 31 January 2023.

The Shires of Morawa and Perenjori wish to acknowledge Dr Adeiye for has exemplary service to the community and thank him for his tireless efforts over the last seven (7) years.

Dr Adeiye has established a well-functioning Medical Centre in Morawa, whilst occupying a Shire facility the Medical Centre has run autonomously under the management of Dr Adeiye offering patient support, General Practitioner services, clinical nurse services, support to the Morawa Perenjori Health Service (Hospital) through an agreement with the WA Country Health Service, and weekly visits to Perenjori to save patient travel time.

With a well-established patient base for the Medical Centres’ services, the Shires of Morawa and Perenjori will be commencing the search for a replacement Doctor immediately. If you are a General Practitioner keen to operate a Medical Practice with strong support from the local communities and a state of the art country hospital facility across the road, then reach out to ceo@morawa.wa.gov.au to express an interest in the role and ensure you receive all advertising material distributed by the Shires.
