PUBLIC NOTICE - TENDER 03/2020

Invitation to Tender on Vehicles, Plant and Equipment

 

The Shire of Morawa is currently inviting tenders for the purchase of the below Vehicles, Plant and Equipment under Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

Details of  the Vehicles, Plant and Equipment available for tender are as follows:

  • Toyota RAV 4 - currently registered: 0MO (but will be re-registered for sale).
  • Toyota Hilux utility (unregistered).
  • 2 x Metal Spreaders.
  • 2 x Sand Spreaders (Scrap purposes only).
  • Trailer (unregistered) with Davey Pump bolted on (Scrap purposes only).
  • 1 x Lightburn Cement Mixer. Scrap purposes only.
  • 1 x Tankwest 10,000 Litre Fibreglass Water Tank suitable for truck mounting.
  • 1 x 9000 Litre Fibreglass Water Tank suitable for truck mounting.
  • 2003 John Deere Tractor with Mower deck & Front End Loader Attachment.
  • 2 x Southern Cross Travelling Irrigators (Tractor Sprinklers).
  • Pallets of Pavers. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J
  • 1 x Pedestrian Roller. Scrap purposes only.
  • 1 x Compair Portable Air Compressor. Still useable, Air tank out of compliance. Scrap purposes only.

Inspection of the Vehicles, Plant and Equipment will be undertaken on Wednesday 28 October 2020 and Wednesday 4 November 2020 between the hours of 8.30am to 11.30 am (only.)

Tenders must be in writing and submitted on the Shire’s Form of Tender and Price Schedule.

Tenders close at 3.30pm on 10 November 2020, and the material will be sold on an as is, where is basis, free from all liabilities and encumbrances.
