On 1 July 2019 the Shire of Morawa at a Special Council Meeting passed a new policy to assist in the management of our roads.  This policy is the first step in the future management of our roads and allows for roads to be closed during rain events if it is deemed that significant damage could occur.  Roads would only be closed to vehicles over 4.5 tons.  Please see the policy here and if you have any questions please contact the Shire.
