APPLYING FOR A CONCESSION ON YOUR RATES
If you are a holder of one of the below Concession cards you may eligible for a concession rebate on your on your Rates.
To be eligible for a concession rebate you must hold a current
- Pensioner Concession Card
- State Concession Card
- WA Seniors Card and Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or
- WA Seniors Card Only
You may receive the concession rebate on a property that you own which is also your primary place of residence only. Please note that your Concession Card can only be used to claim a rebate on one property at a time.
For example; if you own your home as well as an investment property the rebate can only be applied to the property in which you reside or if you have a town house and a farm house, the rebate can only be applied to the property in which you reside most frequently.
