SHIRE OF MORAWA LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 3 NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL

It is hereby notified for public information and comment that the Shire has received an application for development approval relating to the proposal described hereunder: 

Details of the proposal are also available to the public at the Shire of Morawa Shire administration building.  Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending at 5pm on Monday, 8 April 2024. 

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before this day.

Should you wish to make a submission on the proposed development, please complete the submission form and return to the Shire of Morawa, 26 Winfield Street, Morawa (post to PO Box 14, Morawa WA 6623 or email admin@morawa.wa.gov.au).

The proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.

SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE ABOVE DATE ARE NOT BOUND TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE SHIRE.
