The Shire of Morawa worked collaboratively in partnership with Sinosteel Midwest Corporation Limited and MEEDAC to deliver the Widimia Trail project. The trail was opened in November 2018.

 This Trail is a great opportunity for not only locals, but also for visitors to town, to stretch their legs and enjoy a short relaxing walk through our bushland. From July through to September, the Widimia Trail is flushed with colour and carpets of everlastings. Look a little closer and you might find our unique orchids flowering amongst the undergrowth.
